With over 25 years of experience supporting both the logistics and aviation sectors Dave has ambitions to develop the training program currently running at Reynolds in to an all encompassing training provider.
With dedicated facilities and full JAUPT accreditation this has given Dave a platform to further enhance the training portfolio that is available to our clients.
His training accreditation's currently include Aviation Security, Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Air, Road & Sea and Manual Handling Trainers Certificate. He is also a member of the CIPD holding a Certificate in Training Practice.
He has also developed bespoke courses for clients to enhance safety when operating vehicles in a hazardous environment, and also training which helps to comply with H&S regulations when operating machinery and equipment.
With his support as a consultant for the last 3 years he has helped develop the Driver CPC program. In his new full time role he intends to develop the next generation of training material which will also include an ADR accredited course.
